01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the v555 platform — including the website, games, betting services, and promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on v555. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited. During registration and at any time thereafter, v555 may require you to verify your identity by submitting government-issued documentation.

• Your username and password are personal and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
• You must immediately notify v555 support at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• v555 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Account registration is free. v555 will never charge a fee for creating or maintaining a player account.

v555 may, at its sole discretion, refuse registration to any applicant or close any existing account where it reasonably believes these terms have been violated or there is evidence of fraudulent intent.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

v555 supports a range of local and international payment methods to accommodate Bangladesh players. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and any applicable processing limits.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 and requests are typically processed within 2 to 24 hours depending on the payment channel.
• v555 does not accept payments from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• v555 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests placed on hold.

Deposits made to your v555 account that remain unused for more than 180 days may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the remaining balance. v555 will attempt to notify you via email before applying such fees.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

v555 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and special event bonuses (including BPL and IPL season promotions) to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer.

• Bonuses are credited only to accounts that are fully verified and in good standing at the time of the promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• v555 may revoke any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained through abuse of the promotional system, multi-accounting, or collusion.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise specified. Winnings from free spins are subject to the applicable rollover requirements before withdrawal.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on v555. Any user found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant legal authorities.

• Money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or using the platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to exploit bonuses, promotional offers, or referral schemes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the platform's software, game outcomes, or RNG systems.
• Harassment, abuse, or use of offensive language directed at v555 staff or fellow players through any communication channel on the platform.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted byapplicable law, v555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. v555's total cumulative liability to any player for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

v555 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, viruses, or other harmful components. The platform and all content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind.

12 Amendments to These Terms

v555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. If you disagree with the revised terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform and close your account.
